Have you struggled with being TOO emotional and sensitive? I suffered and struggled ALL my life not knowing I was a highly sensitive empath. I always felt deeply. I have loved intensley. I hurt terribly. My emotions were extreme. I have spent years withdrawn, alone, and afraid, trying to understand what was wrong with me, wanting freedom from the pain I always felt, dealing with a low-level depres
sion, the anxiety in my solar plexus, and the panic in my heart, the self doubt of my Being.
I felt broken, and didn’t understand why. It felt as though I had no skin and was always being invaded by pain and suffering I didn't always understand. I felt lost and alone.
I have spent so much of my life on my knees, crashed and burned, struggling to get back up, and pleading to the Universe to help me, and crying out "how could you abandon me"? I felt so low, unworthy, and alone. And my life reflected that belief. It took the longest time to understand that my life was like that BECAUSE of these beliefs that were created as a child. When I transformed these beliefs and discovered the love within - the essence of who I am, Source of all life - the belief of "unworthy and alone" dissolved.
When I let go and surrender, there is relief and peace and love. I welcome my imperfections. I'm embracing my humanity. I'm vulnerable to being emotionally shaken up. But I welcome this to stay open to Love. My ego still slips in, and when I've suffered enough, when I surrender my little will to the Love and Will of God, miracles happen. The struggle is the clue that my thoughts and beliefs are off the mark and by inhaling the beautiful fragrance of life/love, I feel a shower of light descend, and love emerge, and I know that life is awesome.
I’m a sensitive, and an empath. I feel your pain. I care when you lose your way because I know in the deepest part of me what that feels like. I walk between worlds, in the world of man, with my Soul as my companion. I can see the path to freedom that you can not yet see.
